DESCRIPTION: House-shaped promotion that holds brochures for display at a home open for inspection and is also used to transport the brochures between house showings. Headline message on the roof alerts prospective customers to its relevance. They are left with several agents who are happy to do cross promotion with the supplier, since it moves their sale along and is provides a regular source of referrals. BENEFITS:  It catches a potential customer’s attention while they attend a property that is open for inspection, allowing you to promote your business at the moment when they are ready to buy and are in need of specific property-related services. There is no repeat cost for advertising many times! Also, the house shaped display is a holder for brochures and is easily scooped up the real estate agent and dropped in their car between showings. DESCRIPTION: A huge hard cover book (up to 2m high) that is hand-bound on the left side with an album binding. Covers can be covered in silk fabric, coloured book cloth, or a custom design on paper. Impressive and original format. BENEFITS: Because it is so unusual, rare and big, Paper &amp; Pixel’s hand-bound Hard Cover Books are a novelty — books aren’t usually this large so people are curious to see what is inside. FINISHED SIZE: 70mm X 70mm DESCRIPTION: A small diamond shaped promotion, Paper &amp; Pixels’ Clamshell Card opens out to four times its size. It can open on the side or the bottom edge. It is a pleasing fold that supports a large image inside and copy below the image and on the back. BENEFITS: Opening to four times its size means the Clamshell Card has an impressive reveal for a small promotion. It is versatile too. An illustration gives it a whimsical character and the folded serviette shape clearly and cleverly references the hospitality industry. FINISHED SIZE: 90mm X 90mm BENEFIT: Its unusual shape invites exploration, many people will read it and show it to others. This word of mouth sharing extends its reach to tier two and three contacts. Because it is unique, it will often be kept on a desk, greatly extending the longevity of its advertising message. There is space on the inside for photos a description of services, and a call to action. USES/CONTENT IDEAS: The shape of the serviette is terrific for a café owner or chef as a business card, and for any suppliers to the hospitality industry. Known to be busy professionals and highly unlikely to take notice of an email, we needed to grab their attention — and that of local media — to alert and encourage them to attend the launch event. Dan Poskitt, the designer who handled the launch, chose to collaborate with Jean Kropper of Paper &amp; Pixel to create a dynamic promotional pop-up invitation. He especially wanted to take advantage of Paper &amp; Pixel’s paper engineering and project management skills. DESCRIPTION: This A5 dimensional or lumpy mail promotion arrives by post in a vivid yellow A5 envelope. The glossy full colour card slides out and opens to an intricate 3D pop up that captivates the recipient and encourages their positive response. BENEFITS: The open rate for lumpy mail or dimensional print is 95 per cent, which means the invitation has a terrific chance to be seen by the target audience. It was mailed in a brightly coloured envelope as research shows these are opened first in a stack of ordinary mail 80 per cent of the time.
